A wine and spirts retailer is expanding in the state with a newly completed, 7,400-square-foot lease in Bridgewater, according to a team with Levin Management Corp.
In a news release, LMC said the location at Somerset Shopping Center will be Liquor Cave’s fifth brick-and-mortar store. The space will likely provide it with strong traffic at the junction of routes 202/206 and 28, where it joins a host of other retailers, restaurants and service providers within the 219,000-square-foot property.
LMC Senior Leasing Representative Vanessa Kelty represented ownership.
“Liquor Cave will benefit from Somerset Shopping Center’s excellent demographics, accessibility and visibility,” Kelty said. “At the same time, real-time traffic data from Placer.ai shows continued local demand for this retail category. To that end we’ve secured a best-in-class brand — one that brings a wide selection of quality products — for Somerset County shoppers.”
The Liquor Cave, which sells fine wine, spirits and craft beer, is among the latest commitments at Somerset Shopping Center. Other recent additions include beauty concept Strand Salon Studios and Fred Astaire Dance Studio, while the property’s established tenant roster include the likes of Barnes & Noble, Gap Factory, Fortunoff Backyard Store, Eastern Mountain Sports, TGI Fridays, Norman’s Hallmark and a many others.
LMC is marketing available spaces at the center ranging from 500 to 28,750 square feet, noting that some 72,000 vehicles pass the site daily. It also draws 1.2 million visits per year, according to Placer.ai data, while more than 124,000 people live within five miles.
