Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has secured another tenant for its Glenpointe campus in Teaneck after leasing more than 3,400 square feet to a global consulting firm.
The user, MSG Risk Management & Insurance Consulting, will occupy space on the third floor of Glenpointe Centre West at 500 Frank W. Burr Blvd. It joins the fast-growing roster at the three-building, 670,000-square-foot complex at the junction of interstates 80 and 95, where Sanzari has signed more than 170,000 square feet of new leases and expansions over the last two years, with other new tenants including Leica Camera, Columbia University Irving Medical Center and Kolmar.
Newmark’s Jeff Schotz, Peter Rossi, Dan Reider, Peter Kasparian and David Simson represented ownership in the 3,429-square-foot deal. Cushman & Wakefield’s Barry Zeller and David DeMatteis represented the tenant.
“Throughout our history, our hands-on approach to each risk and insurance program has been paired with a client-centric model that supports the needs of a wide range of businesses,” said Mitchell Gerber, president and managing partner of MSG Risk Management & Insurance Consulting. “Our lease at Glenpointe will allow us to more conveniently and efficiently serve our clients and help them achieve their unique business goals.”
Carolina Gutierrez, leasing and marketing manager for Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, added, “Our firm’s commitment to making Glenpointe a place where businesses can thrive has continued to attract a diverse array of businesses in a challenging office market. Companies, such as MSG Risk Management & Insurance Consulting, realize the value that Glenpointe offers and trust our ability to support their needs. We’re proud to welcome their team to Teaneck and wish them continued success in their new space.”
Glenpointe provides tenants with a direct trip to Midtown Manhattan via the nearby George Washington Bridge. Occupiers also have access to amenities such as a 26,000-square-foot fitness center, a 22,000-square-foot outdoor space, a high-end dining hall, 700 hotel rooms on the property and a host of retail and restaurant options.
Sanzari, meantime, has partnered with the tenant engagement service known as Better Spaces, which operates an on-site community lounge and an app to offer occupants more than 40 free programs and classes per week.
