DXL Big + Tall has opened its doors at the busy Somerville Circle Shopping Center in Raritan Borough, where it occupies more than 6,100 square feet under a lease arranged last fall.
According to Levin Management Corp., the property’s leasing and managing agent, the location at 300 Route 202 is among more than 250 stores nationwide for the specialty retailer of big and tall men’s apparel. With a selection of clothing, footwear and accessories, the shop will look to draw business from the 1.6 million visitors to the property annually, according to Placer.ai traffic data cited by Levin, thanks in part to its highway access and strong tenant roster.
Burlington, P.C. Richard & Son, Staples and Petco anchor the 150,000-square-foot the center, whose other tenants include Five Below, Panera Bread, Carter’s, America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses, Jersey Mike’s, Burger King and PNC Bank.
“DXL Big + Tall is a fantastic addition to Somerville Circle Shopping Center, complementing our strong lineup of national retailers and enhancing the overall shopping experience for our visitors,” said Vanessa Kelty, a senior leasing representative for LMC. “The center’s diverse tenant mix creates great synergy, offering a variety of retail, dining and service options that cater to the needs of the community. We are excited to welcome DXL and know it will be a valuable resource for local shoppers.”
