A local investor in Atlantic County has added to his portfolio with the purchase of five buildings with nearly 12,000 square feet of medical office space, according to the broker in the deal.
Ken Richardson, an executive director at Vantage Commercial, represented Jeff Tunis in acquiring the complex at 777 White Horse Pike in Hammonton. The new owner now plans to make improvements to the 11,876-square-foot property in order to fill two vacancies alongside tenants such as Dermalogic Laser Center, Weiss Foot and Ankle Center and Dr. Prasad Pediatrics.
Tunis owns multiple properties in the Hammonton market, Richardson said.
