A developer has unveiled a new 6,500-square-foot clubhouse and outdoor amenities at a luxury apartment community in Somerset County.
The firm, Premier Development, welcomed local officials recently to debut the new offerings at the property known as Brookhaven Lofts in Hillsborough. The spaces include a clubhouse with features such as a fitness center and business center, along with a pool, picnic area and recreational lawn.
The new amenities have added to the appeal of the complex at 233 US Highway 206, which has a collection of two-bedroom apartments. Those upgrades were on display during a ceremony that drew Hillsborough Mayor Gloria McCauley and other well-wishers.
“A hallmark of a Premier Development new home community is to provide residents a resort-like environment with premium indoor and outdoor amenities at their fingertips,” said Nikki Amigoni, the property’s leasing manager. “That’s exactly what we’re now introducing at Brookhaven Lofts with the official opening of its clubhouse and pool.
“We’re incredibly pleased Mayor McCauley and local dignitaries and business leaders we’re able to join us to mark its debut.”
Apartments at Brookhaven Lofts range from 1,400 to 1,800 square feet with monthly rents starting at $2,045, Premier Development said in a news release. Each unit features high-end finishes and appliances, along with an outdoor balcony or patio.
The developer also touted the property’s access to interstate 287 and 78 and Route 22, along with the retail offerings of downtown Somerville and the Bridgewater Commons Mall.
