Logistics firm leases 33,000 sq. ft. in Edison, BRC says

A freight shipping and trucking company is taking nearly 33,000 square feet of industrial space in Edison, brokers with Bussel Realty Corp. announced Monday.

In a news release, the leasing team said AA Logistics will occupy nearly a third of the 105,000-square-foot property at 8 Taylor Road. BRC Executive Vice President Gregory Irving and Industrial Specialist Steve Jaynes represented the landlord, Tre 8 Holdings LLC, while RE/MAX represented the tenant in the 32,500-square-foot deal.

Located near the New Jersey Turnpike and Interstate 287, the Taylor Road building has 21-foot clear ceiling heights, wet sprinklers, 11 loading docks, one drive-in door, solar power and 25 additional truck parking spaces.
