The operators of a showroom for luxury cars have purchased a 4,000-square-foot industrial building in Hackensack, in a newly announced deal by NAI James E. Hanson.
The buyers, Noah Wrubel and William Richardson, paid an undisclosed price for the specialty property at 92 Kennedy St. NAI Hanson’s Dominic M. Fittizzi represented Falcon View Global Limited in the sale, noting that the site’s location adjacent to Interstate 80 and high-end interior amenities made it an attractive option for the business.
“This deal further demonstrates our team’s demonstrated ability to construct creative marketing strategies that can find the ideal buyer for any property, no matter how unique it might be,” Fittizzi said. “We look forward to continuing to leverage our expertise and strong relationships in this market to fill vacant space for clients and continue to ensure our clients’ needs are comprehensively met.”
In announcing the deal, NAI Hanson said the building sits on a 10,000-square-foot lot with 10 private parking spaces, security cameras, a backup generator and an electric fence. The building’s interior is furnished with upscale, entertainment-focused amenities including a full bar, a kitchen, laundry and restroom space.
