The owner of a Parsippany office building has inked three new leases for a total of nearly 12,000 square feet, while also completing a series of renewals and expansions at the property.
According to brokers with Lincoln Property Co., the new deals at 299 Cherry Hill Road include a 3,041-square-foot commitment by Unified Women’s Healthcare, along with leases of 4,657 and 4,160 square feet by Positive Development and Vascular Management Group, respectively. LPC’s Rick Genthe, Bob Lee and Sean O’Brien represented the landlord, Red River Asset Management, with Larry Martin of JLL representing Unified Women’s Healthcare and Kelsey Nakamura of JLL representing Positive Development.
The team at the 80,625-square-foot building also secured a long-term renewal with Kinney, Lisovicz, Reilly & Wolff PC, along with Patient Care’s relocation and expansion to 6,465 square feet, according to a news release. Meantime, accounting firm Maglin Miskiv signed an extension after moving into the building in 1983.
LPC, which also manages 299 Cherry Hill Road, said the activity stems in part from a series of recent upgrades by Red River, including a redesigned and repainted exterior façade, a new monument sign on Cherry Hill Road and the additions of a high-efficiency boiler and energy-efficient roof. The landlord also unveiled a new first-floor amenity center, offering grab-and-go food service, a large conference and training area and an adjacent huddle room for smaller meetings, seeking to capitalize on the building’s location just off Interstate 80.
