An area brokerage firm has arranged more than $77 million in recent multifamily property sales in Monmouth, Ocean and Atlantic counties.
The Lakewood-based firm, Madison Realty NJ Inc., said the properties total more than 550 units. They include:
- New Hampshire Commons at 90 Corbin Court in Lakewood, whose 288 units were built in 2001 and sold for $56.5 million
- Marina Del Ray, a condominium development at 112 Atlantic Ave. A, with 225 units that sold for $12.5 million
- Center Street Apartments on Bove Lane in Lakehurst, with 23 newly built townhouses that sold for $5.98 million
- Park Terrace Apartments a 17-unit property at 319 7th Ave. in Asbury Park, which sold for $2.1 million
All of the transactions were handled by Mordy Oratz and Ben Rabinowitz of Madison Realty.
