Residents are flocking to a new 256-unit luxury apartment building in Teaneck, where they’ll soon have their first look at the property’s vast outdoor amenity spaces.
Malas Development, the firm behind what’s known as The Marq Teaneck, said those features will include a landscaped courtyard with a swimming pool, a sundeck, private kitchens, grilling and dining areas, fire pits and a dog run. The debut of the recreation and social spaces come just in time for the start of summer, the firm said, following the launch of leasing earlier this year.
The six-story building at 329 Alfred Ave. is now 60 percent leased, the developer said this week.
“Residents of The Marq enjoy an elevated lifestyle that’s enhanced by its sophisticated amenity package and a socially infused environment,” said Mark Malas, managing member of Malas Development. “We’re excited to add the courtyard to the building’s world class amenity offering and further boost its energetic vibe.”
Designed by CPA Architecture, The Marq has a mix of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom homes with monthly rents starting from $2,495, according to a news release. Residents have access to indoor amenities such as coworking spaces, private conference rooms, entertainment lounges and café areas, along with a modern fitness center, a pet spa, concierge service, package and grocery lockers, bike storage, private storage rooms and garage parking with electric vehicle charging stations.
Malas also touted the building’s location near Route 4 and the George Washington Bridge, while interstates 80 and 95 are minutes away to provide residents with access throughout northern New Jersey and beyond.
