A maker of architectural moldings has leased 16,000 square feet at a Somerville industrial building, brokers with Bussel Realty Corp. said recently.
In a news release, the industrial brokerage said it represented Princeton Moulding Group LLC in the transaction at 76 Fourth St. The tenant will use the building to manufacture its products as part of its lease with Somerville Fidelco Associates LP.
