OUR ADVANTAGE
Construction is full of challenges — tight schedules, limited resources and rising costs. But when you choose March, you’re choosing a partner that simplifies the process, boosting efficiency to help you save on operating costs and start leasing faster.
Our approach is rooted in value engineering. By joining forces early through preconstruction and joint ventures, we expertly manage budgets, secure top-quality materials and collaborate with trusted subcontractors. This strategy not only delivers exceptional results but also shields you from inflation — all without compromising on quality.
Partnering with March means you’re also giving back to the community. We proudly support local charities like St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Tackle Kids Cancer, WIN Food Pantry and local schools. With over 35 years of experience and Owner Lou March’s hands-on leadership, we’re ready to turn your next project into a success story.
ON THE HORIZON
As we look ahead to 2024 and 2025, we’re setting our sights on multifamily developments and smaller industrial projects (50,000 to 200,000 square feet). These are the areas where we see the biggest opportunities, allowing us to bring our expertise and track record of success to the forefront. With our specialized teams and a history of delivering high-quality projects, we’re well positioned to meet the growing demand in these critical sectors.
PROJECT SPOTLIGHT

We’re thrilled to announce the upcoming ribbon cutting for The Borden Complex in Long Island City, Queens, set for October 2024. This 900,000-square-foot marvel has transformed the former FreshDirect warehouse into a vibrant, multiuse space where industries — business, industrial and creative studios — come together.
The complex boasts multiple levels, 40-foot ceilings, vertical parking and 50 dock doors, making it a powerhouse for industrial use. It also features four expansive film production studios, ranging from 11,800 to 16,200 square feet, designed to foster creative collaboration. Plus, with easy access to Manhattan and Brooklyn, The Borden Complex is set to become a key hub where industries connect and ideas take flight.
Congratulations to Innovo Property Group on this transformative project — we’re honored to have played a role as its construction manager.
