A private investor has sold a 12-unit apartment building in Jersey City’s West Side neighborhood, according to a brokerage team with Marcus & Millichap.
In a news release, the firm said an undisclosed buyer paid $2.275 million for the property at 404 Stegman St. Jonathan Zamora, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s New Jersey office, represented the seller in the all-cash deal, noting that the structure was built in 1929.
The property is within walking distance of Hudson-Bergen Light Rail service.
