A private investor has sold a nearly 10,300-square-foot strip center in Wyckoff for $2 million, brokers with Marcus & Millichap announced Tuesday.
In a news release, the brokerage team said an undisclosed LLC acquired the property at 403 Goffle Road. Marcus & Millichap investment specialists Alan Cafiero, Ben Sgambati and John Moroz listed the property on behalf of the seller, touting the deal as a value-add opportunity in a busy Bergen County submarket.
Fahri Ozturk, who is also based in Marcus & Millichap’s Saddle Brook office, secured and represented the buyer.
