A private investor has purchased a nearly 10,000-square-foot retail property in Burlington for $8.8 million, brokers with Marcus & Millichap announced Thursday.
Located at 2601 Mount Holly Road, the 9,863-square-foot complex is home to Starbucks, Verizon and Vitamin Shoppe, contributing to what Marcus said was high demand for the offering. Alan Cafiero and Ben Sgambati, investment specialists in the firm’s New Jersey office, brokered the sale on behalf of an unidentified LLC.
The complex is just southeast of a four-way interchange for Interstate 295, providing quick access to the New Jersey Turnpike and to other parts of the region.
