A private investor has sold a mixed-use property in Morristown for more than $1.5 million, according to a brokerage team with Marcus & Millichap.
The firm noted that the property, 5-7 Washington St., houses 5,126 square feet of commercial space. The building is 100 feet from the historic Morristown Green, adding to its appeal ahead of the $1.55 million sale to a private investor.
Marcus & Millichap’s Fahri Ozturk, Richard D. Gatto, Alan Cafiero, David Cafiero and John Moroz represented both parties. They said that, at the time of the sale, the second and third floors were vacant, leaving the property with 33 percent occupancy.
