A prominent shopping center on Route 1 in Linden is set to welcome a Massage Envy and a European Wax location, under leases brokered by Jeffery Realty.
The two businesses will combine to occupy a 4,000-square-foot space at Aviation Plaza, according to the brokerage. They are backfilling a space vacated by MadRag, which has moved to a larger unit within the property at Route 1 and West Edgar Road.
Shane Wierks, retail leasing specialist with North Plainfield-based Jeffery Realty, represented the owner in the transaction.
