Bussel Realty Corp. has brokered the sale of a 10,800-square-foot medical office building in the Somerset section of Franklin, the firm said Monday.
The buyer, Somerhill Ventures, paid about $1.16 million for the property at 1323 Route 27, BRC said in a news release. The building is partially leased to several medical practitioners.
BRC Executive Vice President Gregory Irving represented the Kothari Family Trust in the sale and is marketing an adjacent medical office building at 1303 Route 27. He touted the properties’ location near downtown New Brunswick, routes 1 and 18 and the New Jersey Turnpike, along with its access to area hospitals and Rutgers University.
