A medical practice has purchased a nearly 9,000-square-foot office building in Union Township for $1.625 million, according to a broker with Newmark Associates CRE.
According to the agent, Ebony Parham, the property at 700 Rahway Ave. has a fully built-out second floor designed for medical facilities, enabling the buyer to expand and accommodate its growing patient base. Features include examination rooms, treatment areas and administrative spaces, while the building has ample on-site parking.
Parham noted that the 8,700-square-foot building went under contract within 45 days of being listed, touting its proximity to NJ Transit bus service and major highways.
Newmark did not disclose the name of either party in the transaction.
