Medical practice buys 11,000 sq. ft. office building in Mount Laurel

A tenant at a nearly 11,000-square-foot medical office building in Mount Laurel has purchased the property for more than $2 million, brokerage firm Rose Commercial Real Estate announced.

In a news release, the firm said it represented Coastal Spine in its acquisition of 4000 Church Road. Rose also represented the seller in the $2.14 million deal, D And T Real Estate LLC, touting the building’s proximity to Route 73, Interstate 295 and the New Jersey Turnpike.

Adam Rose, president of Rose Commercial Real Estate, completed the transaction.
