A fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant has leased 1,700 square feet at a grocery-anchored retail center in Delran, in a newly announced deal by Levin Management Corp.
According to a news release, Garbanzo Mediterranean Fresh will serve a menu that includes stuffed pitas, laffas, traditional gyros, bowls, plates and salads from its new space at Hartford Corners. It joins a diverse tenant roster at the 215,000-square-foot property at the intersection of Route 130 and Hartford Road, including anchor tenant ShopRite.
LMC leasing representatives Kendal Hand-Freda and Fred Younkin represented ownership, while Nick Quinn of CBRE represented the tenant.
“Restaurants — particularly fast-casual concepts — remain among the most active retail tenant sectors today,” Younkin said. “With its fresh, high-quality and flavorful menu, Garbanzo Mediterranean Fresh represents a healthy new dining option for local restaurant-goers.”
