NAI Mertz has promoted two longtime industry leaders and brokers within its office division.
The Mount Laurel-based firm on Friday announced new positions for Becky Ting and Julie Kronfeld, touting the promotions as another sign of its success in the South Jersey office sector. The two brokers now hold the titles of senior vice president and vice president, respectively, both within its office division.
Ting, a 24-year veteran of NAI Mertz, is a past president of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors’ New Jersey chapter and a member of the NAI Global Office Council, according to a news release. She is a licensed salesperson in New Jersey.
Kronfeld, also a member of SIOR and of the NAI Global Office Council, is a licensed salesperson in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Florida.

The firm noted that Ting and Kronfeld, who often work as a team, have recorded more than 3,000 transactions totaling more than 25 million square feet and over $500 million in volume.
