NAI Mertz President Scott Mertz has been recognized as a top producer within the NAI Global network of commercial real estate professionals, the brokerage and real estate services firm said.

The Mount Laurel-based firm, which serves southern New Jersey and greater Philadelphia, said the award honors individuals who handle the highest volume of multimarket business within the NAI footprint. In 2016, Mertz completed more than 3.5 million square feet of sale and lease transactions.
He will receive the award this September at the 2017 NAI Global Convention in Carlsbad, California.
“This award represents outstanding performance within the organization,” Jay Olshonsky, president of NAI Global, said in a prepared statement. “We are proud of Scott’s success, and the dedication and commitment to service excellence he has shown. It underscores the power of NAI Global in building business, and showcases the deep local roots and professionalism of our professionals.”
It marks the time in three years that Mertz has been recognized as an NAI Global overall top producer, having earned the distinction of top overall producer in 2014 and second place in 2015.
