A building that’s home to a food processing equipment manufacturer in Fairfield is under new ownership, following an industrial sale brokered by NAI James E. Hanson.
In a news release, the real estate services firm said it represented both parties in the sale of 8 Kulick Road, a 23,200-square-foot building directly off Route 46. NAI Hanson identified the sellers as Kulick Eisenberg L.P. and Garden State Realty, while naming the buyer as 8 Kulick Road LLC, an affiliate of Saddleback Realty II LLC.
Terms were not disclosed. NAI Hanson’s Scott Perkins and Chris Todd handled the assignment for the Hackensack-based real estate firm.
Currently occupied by Solbern, a manufacturer of food processing equipment, the building offers quick access to Interstate 80 and provides the new owner “with an ideal value-add investment opportunity in a highly desirable location,” NAI Hanson said in a news release.
“8 Kulick Road is a great property in the Fairfield industrial submarket, which is one of the most dynamic markets in the state due to its ease of access to Interstate 80 and New York City,” Perkins said. “The buyer has considerable experience in this market and was interested in adding another value-add investment property to their portfolio.
“With full occupancy and an ideal location, this was a perfect opportunity for them. Their strong desire to purchase this space ensured that we were able to easily close this deal on behalf of our client.”
