A division of Mitsubishi Chemical America has renewed its lease at a 40,000-square-foot office and manufacturing facility in Morris County, brokers with CBRE said Tuesday.
Founded in 1985, Hishi Plastics USA is a longtime tenant at 600 Ryerson Road in Lincoln Park under a lease with The Frassetto Cos. The location along Route 202 serves as a high-end production plant for the firm’s seamless heat shrinkable PVC and PETG tubing, part of a multinational operation that makes plastic films.
CBRE’s Thomas Mallaney and Denise Kokulak brokered the renewal, working closely with Hishi Plastics General Manager of Operations Chris Vergano.
“We are pleased to have had a new opportunity to work with Chris and to represent Hishi Plastics in this new long-term leasehold,” Mallaney said. “We also want to acknowledge the timely responses by the building ownership, Dominic Frassetto of The Frassetto Companies, who was instrumental in this transaction.”
