A private investor has sold a 13,500-square-foot retail and office building in Westwood, in a nearly $2.6 million sale brokered by Marcus & Millichap.
In a news release, the firm said it represented the seller in the trade of 24 Booker St. The unnamed buyer acquired the property as part of a 1031 exchange.
Michael Lombardi, Steven Schiavello and Greg Babaian, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s New Jersey office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller.
