The developer of a new oceanfront luxury condominium project in Long Branch has tapped Morris Construction Management LLC as its owner’s representative.
In a news release Thursday, Morris Construction Management announced that it will support the delivery of what’s known as South Beach at Long Branch. The 47-unit project, located along Ocean Avenue, is currently under development by FEM South Beach Urban Renewal LLC.
“We are honored to have been selected as owner’s representative for South Beach at Long Branch and look forward to representing FEM on this high-profile assignment,” said Anthony Ciallella, vice president of Morris Construction Management. “Our depth of experience is perfectly aligned with the complexities involved in bringing these types of projects to market. We are excited for the opportunity to expedite the delivery of this award-winning waterfront development.”
The firm, an affiliate of Montville-based Diversified Properties LLC, noted that South Beach at Long Branch encompasses two towers with expansive views of the ocean and newly built boardwalk. Each tower has penthouse suites and duplex units with floor plans ranging from 1,650 to 3,300 square feet.
Residents will have access to amenities such as a saltwater infinity-edge pool, a private dining club, hotel-style guest suites with kitchenettes and a business conference center, FEM said. Plans also call for a grand great room, a 24-hour fitness center and direct access to the beach with cabanas.
