An investment firm has acquired a nearly 50,000-square-foot industrial building in Randolph, under a newly announced transaction by Team Resources Inc.
The buyer, Iron Hills Capital Partners LLC, paid $5.65 million to acquire the single-story property at 3 Middlebury Blvd. Located north of Route 10, the building totals 47,596 square feet, offering multiple tenant spaces and 11 loading docks.
Team Resources Vice President Jeffrey M. Fulton represented both parties.
“This property is a first class industrial flex facility located in the Aspen Business Park,” said Fulton, who has leased or sold more than 1 million square feet in the immediate area.
