A residential mortgage company has leased more than 3,000 square feet at a Burlington County office building, Wolf Commercial Real Estate announced Friday.
The tenant, WE Lending, is taking 3,010 square feet at 8000 Sagemore Drive in the Marlton section of Evesham. WCRE said the company chose the building due to its location along Route 73 and proximity to Interstate 295 and the New Jersey Turnpike, giving it easy access to southern New Jersey and Philadelphia.
April Loomis, a senior associate with the brokerage firm, represented WE Lending in the transaction with Davis Enterprises.
