A liquor store has joined the tenant roster at a Mount Holly shopping center, following a 7,500-square-foot lease brokered by Levin Management Corp.
In a news release, LMC said it represented ownership in Cork N Bottle’s lease at Fairground Plaza, located on High Street at Woodpecker Lane. The operator will take its space alongside anchor tenants ACME and Staples, which are among several national and regional brands at the 178,500-square-foot complex.
LMC Senior Leasing Representative Andrea Kyriacou arranged the long-term lease on behalf of the landlord. Robert Fumo of Fumo Realty Co. represented the tenant.
“The presence of a supermarket and national retailers greatly enhances any retail center, and the fact that Fairground Plaza is anchored by busy ACME and Staples locations provided a big draw for Cork N Bottle’s ownership,” Kyriacou said.
Other tenants include Dollar Tree, Aaron’s Furniture, Virtua Express Urgent Care, Friendly’s, T-Mobile and Advance Auto Parts. LMC said the complex also features local restaurants and service providers.
