Two tenants have leased a combined 17,600 square feet at a Mount Laurel office building, under a set of newly announced transactions by Vantage RES.
The brokerage firm represented the landlord, Mount Laurel Holdings II LLC, in the leases at Executive Campus at East Gate. The deals with Hatzel & Buehler Inc., a union commercial electrical contractor, and Ceteris Hold Co. bring the 113,000-square-foot property at 112 West Park Drive to full occupancy.
Vantage RES Founder and Managing Principal Leor Hemo and Aran Ploshansky, a sales associate, completed the assignment for the Marlton-based firm. They worked closely with PernaFrederick, which represented Hatzel & Buehler, while Markeim-Chalmers Inc. represented Ceteris.

Hatzel & Buehler and Ceteris join others tenants such as Comcast and Financial Freedom Mortgage LLC. The new office will mark Hatzel & Buehler’s entry to the South Jersey market, providing easy access to the New Jersey Turnpike and Interstate 295.
