A private investor has reaped nearly $6 million from the sale of a 47,750-square-foot retail property in Mount Olive, under a transaction brokered by Marcus & Millichap.
The real estate services firm announced the sale Monday after marketing the property at 61 International Drive South. The firm also secured and represented the undisclosed buyer.
Michael Lombardi and Jason Petrick, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s New Jersey office, were the brokers in the $5.88 million transaction.
