NAI Global, the global network of owner-operated commercial real estate brokerage firms, has earned a top three ranking in a wide-ranging industry survey.
Member firm NAI James E. Hanson announced Thursday that NAI Global was voted No. 3 in the 2020 Lipsey Survey of Top 25 Commercial Real Estate Brands. Some 100,000 commercial real estate professionals participated in the survey through a combination of ballot voting, phone interviews and focus groups to identify the top global brands.
NAI Global, of which NAI Hanson has been a member since 1982, is the only owner-operated commercial real estate network represented in the top five.
“For decades, NAI Global has reaffirmed their leadership position in the commercial real estate industry through a commitment to innovation and solutions-oriented service on behalf of their thousands of clients across the globe,” said William C. Hanson, president of Teterboro-based NAI Hanson. “As one of the original members of the network, we view these recent survey results with tremendous pride and are honored to be a part of this impressive network.”
The survey is conducted by The Lipsey Co., a leading training and consulting firm specializing in the commercial real estate industry to equip organizations and their practitioners with the skills necessary to succeed in today’s competitive environment.
