A firm that repairs aircraft upholstery is relocating to a flex office building in Saddle Brook, following a 3,200-square-foot lease brokered by NAI James E. Hanson.
In a news release, NAI Hanson said it represented both parties in the deal at 186 Saddle River Road, which is owned by HRR Realty Associates. The tenant, Aircraft Interior Services, is relocating from a facility in Teterboro.
NAI Hanson Vice President Anthony Cassano brokered the deal, noting that 186 Saddle River is a two-story, freestanding building with 1,600 square feet of office space on the ground floor and 1,600 of flex space on the lower level. The building is in close proximity to Teterboro Airport, Interstate 80, the Garden State Parkway and routes 4, 17 and 46.
“Few other commercial brokerage firms possess the deep market knowledge and strong relationships that NAI James E. Hanson has built over decades of operation in the Bergen County market,” Cassano said. “Working with both the landlord and lessee enabled us to negotiate a mutually beneficial deal on behalf of both parties that would enable the landlord to secure a growing tenant and allowed the tenant to continue their growth.”
