A retail merchandising company has leased 5,000 square feet at an Englewood industrial building, brokerage firm NAI James E. Hanson announced Thursday.
The Hackensack-based firm said it represented the landlord, West Forest Ave Industrial Inc., in the lease with Lynx Innovation at 18 West Forest Ave. The tenant will use the space to support its business of servicing large-scale retailers and their vendors.
Kenneth D. Lundberg, Steve Pastor and Patrick Lennon represented the landlord on behalf of NAI Hanson, according to a news release. Michael Schipper of The Blau & Berg Co. represented Lynx Innovation.
“We want to ensure that we’re first and foremost meeting the needs of our client, West Forest Ave Industrial Inc.,” Lundberg said in a prepared statement. “Securing a stable and growing tenant guarantees a steady income stream for our client and allows the tenant to continue to grow its business in a highly desirable location.”
The building is a single-story industrial and flex space in the Van Brunt Business Center, with 18-foot ceilings, one tailgate and onsite parking with 2,000-square feet of office space. It offers easy access to Route 4, Interstate 95 and New York City via the George Washington Bridge.
