A yoga studio has leased 5,000 square feet in downtown Montvale, NAI James E. Hanson said.
The Hackensack-based brokerage said Thursday that it represented Sadhana Yoga Studio in the transaction at 139 Kinderkamack Road. NAI Hanson’s Kenneth Lundberg and Patrick Lennon handled the assignment.
The property, owned by Braun Management Inc., is part of Montvale Center and is in a highly trafficked and well-positioned location less than five miles from the Garden State Parkway. The brokerage said the address allows easy access to residents of Bergen and Rockland counties.
Sadhana Yoga Studio will join other retail tenants in downtown Montvale including Lakeland Bank, Japan Tech and Annie Sez.
“The Montvale submarket has seen tremendous retail growth recently, with many new businesses choosing to open up shop there,” Lennon said in a prepared statement. “High-income demographics and ease of access have made Montvale a very desirable location especially for a high-end business such as a yoga studio. We were happy to help bring another new business to Montvale’s growing retail marketplace.”
