A party and tent rental business has acquired a 26,000-square-foot industrial building in South Hackensack, following a trade brokered by NAI James E. Hanson.
In a news release, NAI Hanson said it represented a group of entities in their sale of 262 Green St. to Alan Party Rental. The group included A&E Green Realty LLC, Rosemont Court Associates LLC and Dody Road Associates LLC.
NAI Hanson’s Jeff DeMagistris and Thomas Vetter represented the sellers on behalf of the Hackensack-based brokerage team.
They said 262 Green Street is a freestanding industrial building with 2,500 square feet of office space, 40 parking spaces, two tailgates and one drive-in in the heart of Bergen County’s industrial market. The location, a block from Interstate 80 with direct access to New York City, will allow Alan Party Rentals to easily reach its customers and operate all facets of its business efficiently.
“Alan Party Rentals recognized the value of a highly accessible building to ensure that they can continue to grow their business while filling orders across the tristate area,” DeMagistris said.
