A highway retail property that’s leased to BJ’s Wholesale Club and Staples is on the market for sale in Riverdale, brokers with NAI James E. Hanson announced Wednesday.
In a news release, the team said the offering includes a combined 133,032 square feet across two buildings at 110 Route 23, part of a complex known as Riverdale Plaza. The brokers noted that BJ’s has operated at the site under a triple-net lease and Staples under a double-net lease since the center’s construction in 1998, adding that it’s shadow-anchored by Home Depot and Target.
NAI Hanson’s Jonathan Kristofich and John Schilp are marketing the 14.5-acre property, located near the intersection of Interstate 287, on behalf of the prospective seller. They touted its ability to serve Morris, Passaic and Bergen counties via its highway access.
“110 Route 23’s combination of accessibility, visibility and in-place leases with two national tenants make it an ideal retail property in the current market,” Kristofich said. “We’re honored to represent the seller in the assignment, and we look forward to procuring a purchaser for this fantastic piece of real estate.”
