Financial services firm Stifel has leased nearly 51,000 square feet of office space in Morris Township, paving the way for it to move its regional branch in New Jersey.
According to CBRE, which represented ownership in the deal, the tenant is relocating to 305 Madison Ave. from an existing space in Florham Park. The wealth management and investment banking firm will occupy 50,865 square feet under a deal with Crum & Forster, which owns the 213,857-square-foot building about two miles from downtown Morristown.
CBRE’s Conor Dolan serves as the property’s leasing agent, while Dan Johnsen and Scott Shelbourne of Cushman & Wakefield represented Stifel.
“Stifel’s relocation to 305 Madison Avenue demonstrates the continued strength of the Morristown office market and today’s tenants’ desire to be in top-quality buildings,” said Dolan, a first vice president based in CBRE’s Saddle Brook office.
