A construction firm has acquired a 2,600-square-foot industrial building in Hackensack as part of a plan to expand from Queens, in a newly announced deal by NAI James E. Hanson.
The buyer, Alti Construction, paid an undisclosed sum for the property at 14 Frederick St., which is minutes from Bergen County’s main highways, according to a news release. NAI Hanson’s Jessica Curry represented Paolo Tortorici in its sale of the freestanding building.
“Businesses are consistently looking for ways to streamline their process and improve their profitability,” Curry said. “Expanding to an additional location with tremendous accessibility like 14 Frederick Street can dramatically decrease logistics costs and increase a company’s bottom line. We’re proud to have provided the real estate services needed to secure value for our client for their retirement and help a business establish a base in New Jersey to better serve their clients in this area.”
In announcing the deal, NAI Hanson said 14 Frederick St. has 18-foot clear ceiling heights and one drive-in door. It is minutes from routes 4, 17 and 46 and interstates 80 and 95.
