A spiritual healing center has leased nearly 1,300 square feet at a medical office building in Fair Lawn, under a newly announced transaction by NAI James E. Hanson.
Brokers with the firm represented the landlord, Stonegate Realty, in the transaction at 23-00 Route 208. The tenant, Jyoti Sadhana Center, is taking 1,273 square feet at the 28,000-square-foot building as part of a move from Saddle Brook.
NAI Hanson’s Randy Horning and Darren Lizzack completed the assignment.
“Medical office tenants of all sizes and specialties are increasingly recognizing the value of locations that not only improve the patient experience but ones that have the high visibility and accessibility to current and prospective clients alike,” Horning said. “23-00 Route 208’s favorable location, strong area demographics and diverse tenant mix are all attributes we were able to effectively market in order to help secure a quality tenant on behalf of our client.”
In a news release, NAI Hanson said 23-00 Route 208 is a two-story property near the intersection of Maple Avenue. Its newest tenant provides alternative types of therapeutic methods and prayer to improve the health and wellbeing of those experiencing distress, loss, grief, depression and other traumas, the firm said, with the goal of helping individuals develop coping skills to reduce stress and anxiety.
