A law practice has purchased a nearly 2,500-square-foot office building across from the Bergen County Courthouse in Hackensack, according to a brokerage team with NAI James E. Hanson.
The buyer, listed as Sky Holdings Group LLC, is a New York-based practice that was seeking to expand to New Jersey, according to a news release. It paid an undisclosed price for the 2,429-square-foot building at 35 Essex St., which is also opposite the Bergen County Administrative Complex and minutes from routes 4 and 17, Interstate 80 and the New Jersey Turnpike.
NAI Hanson Vice President Anthony J. Cassano represented both the seller, CDE LLC, and the buyer.
