NAI James E. Hanson has brokered the sale of a 4,535-square-foot office building in the Bergen County borough of Closter, the real estate services firm announced Thursday.
The brokerage team said the asset, 308 Harrington Ave., is a two-story structure on about a quarter of an acre. Located in the downtown, the building is within walking distance of dining, shopping, banking and other local amenities.
NAI Hanson’s Randy Horning and Darren Lizzack represented Joseph Retcho Jr. in the sale, while Weichert Commercial Brokerage’s Cynthia La Terra represented the buyer, James Susan Realty LLC. Terms were not disclosed.
“Although the broader office market is still slowly rebounding from the impacts of COVID-19, well-located properties like 308 Harrington Avenue remain in high demand,” Horning said. “We were pleased to leverage our local market insights and expertise in the sector to help our client secure a buyer that recognized the value of this rare investment opportunity.”
