The longtime owners of a 10,000-square-foot mixed-use building in downtown Flemington have sold the property, according to a broker with NAI James E. Hanson.
The buyer, Jose Cardoza, paid an undisclosed price in the transaction at 44 Main St., a three-story structure with five retail and office units and one apartment. In announcing the deal, NAI Hanson’s Joseph Vindigni noted that the property is recently renovated with a new roof and has access to parking directly behind the building, while it’s steps from the high-profile, 440,000-square-foot Courthouse Square redevelopment project.
Vindigni represented the sellers, Andrea Wisner and Susan Rubin, while Weichert Commercial Brokerage represented the buyer.
“With Flemington’s Main Street ongoing rejuvenation, there has been an increased demand for buildings that can serve as an investment vehicle for prospective buyers,” Vindigni said. “Properties such as 44 Main Street that have terrific visibility within downtown Flemington are generating significant interest, which can benefit property owners who are looking to sell. We’re proud to have provided the services needed to help our client accomplish their real estate goals and wish the new owner the best of luck.”
