A dredging and marine salvage company has leased more than 14,000 square feet at a Hillside industrial building, in a newly announced deal by Bussel Realty Corp.
According to the brokerage firm, the commitment by Donjon Marine Co. accounts for the entirety of the space at 25-35 Hillside Ave. Its new home provides a location just north of Route 22 and quick access to Route 1&9, Interstate 78 and Port Newark-Elizabeth, with features such as two tailboards for loading, 3,500-square-foot offices, 16-foot ceiling heights and parking for 20 cars.
BRC President Steve Bussel and Vice President Jeffrey Goldfinger represented the landlord, Hillside Properties LLC, in the 14,060-square-foot transaction.
