An orthopedic and physical therapy practice has leased nearly 7,300 square feet of medical office space in Paramus, brokers with NAI James E. Hanson said Tuesday.
The tenant, listed as Lall Orthopedics LLC, is relocating from Chicago in connection with the deal at 140 Route 17 North. It will occupy 7,287 square feet at the 65,000-square foot property, which sits near the intersection of routes 4 and 17.
