Christopher D. Todd, a senior managing director with NAI James E. Hanson, has taken the reins as the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors’ New Jersey chapter president.
According to a news release, Todd is the 10th member of the Teterboro-based firm to hold the local leadership post with a trade association that spans more than 50 countries. And it comes just four years after he earned the prestigious SIOR designation, an affiliation tied to transaction volume, conduct and completion of stringent educational requirements.
Todd joined NAI Hanson in 2013 and is a member of its institutional services group.
“Being appointed president of SIOR NJ is a tremendous honor, and I’m proud to continue NAI James E. Hanson’s legacy of transformational leadership at this organization,” he said. “I look forward to working closely with chapter leadership to continue driving this organization forward and further strengthen collaboration, education and advocacy across New Jersey’s commercial real estate community.”
