NAI Mertz has hired a new broker as the latest addition to its Mount Laurel office.
The commercial real estate firm, which is based in the township, announced that Luke Pease has joined its team as a sales associate. He will work under Senior Vice President Joe Riggs in the investment sales, office and business development arenas.
“Luke is a valued new member of our team as we continue to grow our sales force throughout New Jersey,” said Bobbi Jean Formosa, executive vice president and managing director with NAI Mertz.
Pease previously worked for Bank of America, according to a news release. The Haddonfield resident was a member of the Penn State Asset Management Group and is a licensed real estate agent in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, the firm said, adding that he holds a bachelor’s in economics from Pennsylvania State University.
“He joins Joe Rigg’s team with a strong background in wealth management and business development, and we look forward to his contributions to the southern New Jersey market,” said Scott Mertz, the firm’s president.
