A real estate private equity firm has acquired a 45,000-square-foot office building in Woodbury, following a deal arranged by brokers with NAI Mertz.
The Mount Laurel-based real estate services firm said it represented the seller in the trade of Lakeside Professional Campus, located at 190 North Evergreen Ave. The buyer, First National Realty Partners LLC, will continue to retain NAI Mertz as the exclusive leasing agent for the complex.
The NAI Mertz team of Rebecca Ting and Julie Kronfeld handled the assignment for Mertz and will continue to oversee leasing for about 8,400 square feet of remaining space. Terms were not disclosed.
“Serving as the exclusive broker for this property for the past five years, we are extremely knowledgeable about the units and building amenities, surrounding area and the tenants, which greatly helped us attract the right buyer,” Ting said.
Lakeside Professional Campus, which caters to office and medical users, is in close proximity to Interstate 295 and the New Jersey Turnpike, NAI Mertz said in a news release. Nearby are several hotels, restaurants and the Gloucester County Courthouse.
“We look forward to staying on as leasing agents for this property and bringing new professional tenants to the site,” Kronfeld said.
