Faropoint has acquired a 60,000-square-foot flex industrial building in Pennsylvania’s Bucks County, in a newly announced deal by NAI Mertz.
The buyer, whose U.S. team is based in Hoboken, paid an undisclosed price for the facility at 411 Sinclair Road in Bristol. It’s now repositioning the building as well as a nearby 101,250-square-foot property at 150 Rittenhouse Circle that it acquired in an earlier deal, both within the Keystone Industrial Park off Interstate 95.
Jeff Licht and Jared Licht of NAI Mertz brokered the sale of both assets to Faropoint and now serve as the leasing team.
“We are pleased to sell these two exceptional flex-warehouse facilities to Faropoint,” said Jeff Licht, executive vice president and managing director with Mount Laurel-based NAI Mertz. “We had fantastic interest in these two first-class assets and Faropoint prevailed after differentiating itself with the seller in their purchase of 150 Rittenhouse. Faropoint can now offer 30,000 to 160,000 square feet of industrial-flex space to companies seeking first-class institutional space in Bristol, Lower Bucks County.”
In a news release, NAI Mertz noted that 411 Sinclair Road is mostly one story with a partial office mezzanine, offering 26-foot ceiling heights, 2500 amps of power and tailgate and drive-in loading. Sitting on 4.75 acres, the property is also within minutes of routes 13 and 413 and the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
“Following the kickoff of construction at 150 Rittenhouse Circle, our Faropoint team is excited to announce our second repositioning project has begun at 411 Sinclair Road,” said James Calamia, a senior associate with the firm. “This project aligns with our commitment to delivering modern, high-performance industrial spaces in key logistics corridors.”
